RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY — TRICK OR FITS

At Trick or Fits, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns and Refund Policy below.

1. Right to Return an Order

If you are a consumer in Spain or another applicable European Union country, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly within the applicable withdrawal period.

This statutory right is separate from any additional return policy we may voluntarily offer.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at:

Please include the following information:

• Your full name.

• Your order number.

• The item or items you wish to return.

• A clear statement that you wish to return the order or withdraw from the purchase.

We will respond with the relevant return instructions.

Please do not send items to an address that has not been confirmed by our customer support team.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Where reasonably possible, returned products should be sent back in their original condition, with their original packaging and any included accessories.

You may handle and inspect a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical shop.

You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection, where permitted by applicable law.

These conditions do not limit your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For returns made because you have changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this has been disclosed before purchase and applicable law permits it.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the contract, we will handle the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, including the rules concerning return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received, or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, where applicable, we will assess the request and process the refund in accordance with the law.

For valid statutory withdrawals, refunds will include the payments required by law, including the cost of the standard delivery option originally offered. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option may be excluded where legally permitted.

Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless another method has been expressly agreed without additional cost to you.

We may withhold a statutory withdrawal refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first, as permitted by law.

Where the statutory withdrawal rules apply, refunds will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, generally 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at trickorfits@shopify.es.

Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us understand the problem, but they are not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

You will not be charged return costs that the law requires us to cover.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products and services may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where a legal exception applies.

Examples may include:

• Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the applicable legal conditions are met.

• Other goods or services specifically covered by statutory exceptions.

An item is not automatically excluded from return simply because it is discounted, part of a promotion, or purchased during a seasonal sale.

8. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, please contact us at trickorfits@shopify.es.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable law. Where an exchange is not available, you may have other statutory remedies or return options.

9. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at trickorfits@shopify.es.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be processed once an order has entered preparation or shipping.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, subject to applicable law.

10. Legal Guarantees

Products purchased from Trick or Fits are covered by the applicable statutory consumer guarantees.

If a product is faulty, defective, or does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable law, including repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
